monitor the negotiated terms and conditions of your supplier contracts and agreements. Without programming Baltzar Contract allows you to easily track
 the terms and duration of your agreements. You can also add additional matching elements into your Accounts Payable function deriving further value from Baltzar Invoice.

How does it work?

After scanning and indexing your contracts are safely stored in a common repository and are available for retrieval and viewing by authorized personnel. You can choose to add specific agreement periods, termination clauses as well as cost center allocation information. By adding this information into Baltzar you not only get simple access, great control and overview of all your contracts – you also enable contract matching in Baltzar Buyer. When invoices from local suppliers arrive and your negotiated terms and conditions are not met, the invoices will not match and the system will suggest necessary and appropriate action.
